He is keenly interested in Restorative Dentistry and is currently enrolled in courses to tackle tooth-wear and full mouth rehabilitation. He has completed the UK-Brazil residency course from the Perio-Implant International and Advanced Horizontal and Vertical Bone and Soft Tissue Regeneration by ASHA. He has also completed Comprehensive Hard & Soft Tissue course by Rob Oretti, and Sinus Elevation course. He is also trained in dental sedation.

He adores his little girl, who is his absolute world. Outside of dentistry, his passion lies in cricket and he plays every weekend for a local club.

Shivika had always been keenly interested in Orthodontics, which fuelled her desire to become a leading Invisalign provider in Chesham. She is currently a Platinum Invisalign® provider and has successfully treated over hundreds of patients to achieve their desired smile. She keeps herself up-to-date with the latest technology, constantly pushing herself to get familiar with the innovations in dentistry.

She is also a foundation dentist trainer and enjoys teaching young budding dentists the regulations of working within the NHS. They look up to her for professional advice and as a friend and mentor to guide them in various aspects of their journey.

She has completed her PG Cert in Dental Education and completed a year-long Diploma in Clear Aligners with Bolton University to further enhance her Clear Aligner knowledge.

She is a mother to an adorable little girl and enjoys spending time with her. She enjoys travelling, reading, dancing, and eating out.

Dr Hirra Kirmani is a general dentist and facial aesthetics practitioner, who graduated from Kings College London in 2016. Hirra soon began to understand how facial aesthetics treatments could complement her dental work, particularly in smile makeover cases.

She has completed extensive training at a Harley Street based academy and is experienced at providing anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters and medical grade skincare. Her goals are to ensure every client is treated in a caring and safe manner. She achieves exceptional results using the latest advanced techniques and premium quality products.

Hirra’s skill set, approachable personality and good communication skills are key to her success in boosting her clients’ confidence and ensuring they leave the practice satisfied.

Manesh qualified in 1993 from the prestigious United Medical and Dental Schools (UMDS) of Guys and St Thomas’s hospitals, now known as Kings College Dental Institute. He has a wealth of expertise in dentistry, working in general practice for ten years within the NHS; following from that, he became a practice principal for the next 15 years. Within that time, he has advanced his skills in implantology and advanced aesthetics and continued to hone his skills in endodontology.

During his time in general practice, due to his extensive career, he has had the opportunity to see and treat various cases. Having reignited his passion for endodontics since his early years as a dentist, he has recently completed an MSc with distinction in endodontology. Manesh performs a full range of endodontic procedures, including conventional root canal treatment, complex cases, and re-treatments.

Manesh has dedicated his career to endodontics and is currently focused on obtaining his Specialist status on the Specialist List of Endodontics in the UK. He enjoys visiting private dental practices and offering his advanced endodontic skills to their loyal patients. He has also provided Tier 2 endodontic services for theNHS in the London area.

Outside of work, he has a keen interest in mountaineering and has climbed three of the seven highest peaks on seven continents.

Dr. Patel graduated in 2004 and has worked as a general dental practitioner. During his professional career, Devang has developed a great interest in aesthetic and restorative dentistry, including implant dentistry. He has worked towards achieving the highest standards of dentistry by undertaking different postgraduate courses, including a one-year full-time MSc course at Eastman Dental Institute, for which he was awarded distinction and a postgraduate prize for excellence in clinical and academic achievement.

He keeps up-to-date by reading the latest research papers and attending various national and international seminars and courses. He has a special interest in patients with severe tooth surface loss, complex fixed prosthodontics using implants which may need autogenous bone-grafting and sinus lift procedure, full mouth rehabilitation and temporomandibular joint dysfunction. He is very focused, professional and committed to achieving good rapport with his patients through good communication skills and providing excellent quality of care. He strongly believes in patient-led treatment planning, which the clinician supports to suit the patient’s needs. His caring and polite nature helps him treat nervous patients and provide them with the necessary care.

In addition to his private practice, Dr Patel teaches postgraduate dentists at University College London, Eastman Dental Institute, and many other institutes. He trains dentists who want to further their careers in restorative dentistry and mentors dentists for complex rehabilitation cases. His main teaching interests are occlusion and its use in full-mouth reconstructions, including implant-supported restorations.

Jatinder qualified with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery with Honours from King’s College London in 2014. He advanced his clinical skills whilst working at various hospital posts including at the Restorative departments at both Leeds Dental Institute and Birmingham Dental Hospital. During this period, he attained Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and Postgraduate Certificates in Health Research and in Medical Education. Jatinder then achieved a Distinction upon completing the4-year MClinDent Periodontology specialist training programme at Kings College London, Guy’s Hospital. He also attained his Membership in Periodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Jatinder has a genuine passion for periodontology and a strong commitment to delivering the most up-to-date and evidence-based treatment to his patients. He is actively involved in clinical research, has presented at national and international events, has contributed to periodontal textbooks and has had several articles published in esteemed journals. Jatinder sees patients referred for periodontal treatment including:

Juhi graduated from Plymouth University in 2020 and undertook her foundation training in South London.

She then progressed through her career and joined the Oral and Maxillofacial department at Salisbury Hospital where she gained immense experience in many oral surgical procedures, complicated tooth extractions as well as head and neck trauma. She is also SAAD qualified and able to provide conscious sedation to her patients, a great alternative for anxious patients.

Dr Lall’s interests include oral surgery and root canal treatments in which she takes great pride in the quality of her work. Her patience and skills produce successful results and high quality dentistry.

She focuses on patient centred care and her calm and friendly approach puts her patients at ease.

Outside of dentistry, Dr Lall is very family orientated and enjoys drawing and travelling abroad.

Dr Dhaval Shah qualified as a dentist in 2015 and has since undertaken extensive postgraduate training in Implant Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, Invisalign, and Conscious Sedation.

Dhaval is most passionate about Implant dentistry. He has completed advanced training in bone and soft tissue grafting, as well as digital guided implant surgery, allowing him to provide predictable, evidence-based treatment for even complex cases.

Dhaval strongly believes in shared decision-making and ensuring every patient fully understands their treatment options. He takes the time to guide patients through photographs, scans, and illustrations, helping them visualise the proposed treatment and expected outcomes before any procedure begins. His calm and caring approach ensures patients feel relaxed, informed, and comfortable throughout their dental journey.

Outside the clinic, Dhaval enjoys playing the piano to unwind, playing league cricket at weekends, and exploring different cuisines.

Dr Sowsan Bilal graduated from the University of Birmingham. Since qualifying, she has continued to develop her clinical skills through postgraduate courses, and stays up to date with the latest research and techniques, in order to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

From routine dentistry with an emphasis on oral health and prevention, to enhancing smiles with Invisalign and composite bonding, Sowsan is passionate about creating healthy and natural-looking smiles tailored to each patient’s needs.

Sowsan is particularly understanding with nervous or anxious patients, taking time to listen, explain treatments clearly, and ensure every visit is as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Outside of dentistry, Sowsan enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
