Coronavirus (COVID19) update
17th August 2020
Dear Valued Patients,
We are pleased to inform you that we are now open for all routine appointments. We have new protocols and policies in place within the practices and we have the enhanced PPE in place for the safety of our staff and patients. However, due to the social distancing measures and other safety protocols, we are still running at reduced capacity to normal, and therefore there may be a long wait before you are seen for routine care. Therefore, we will still be prioritising the patients we see as below:
Patients who have contacted us with dental emergencies over the last few weeks by phone/email
Patients who develop a dental emergency during this time
If you had a routine appointment booked with us during the period we were closed, and this was cancelled, please do get in touch with us so that we can rebook this appointment for you.
Due to the already long wait for patients who have seen us regularly over the years, we are currently not able to take on any new NHS patients for routine care. We however will continue seeing patients who require urgent care under the NHS (regardless of whether we have seen you before or not), but may ask you to find another NHS dentist for routine care, or alternatively you will be added to our NHS waiting list.
Things will be very different – the empty waiting room, the additional PPE, the even more meticulous disinfection procedures. You may not be able to see our smiles behind all that PPE , but we will be just the same, ready to care for you but ensuring that you are going to be safe.

This policy will be constantly reviewed and updated as necessitated by circumstances over time.
